  • Keeping detailed records is required for the ability to provide usable analytics and statistics. My technical admin and manger reporting site (TheMatrix) featured many of these for different projects.

  • Advanced charting using VB scripts provides additional layers of graphical information in a single chart , as in the case of the hardware support chart. Bars are colored based on there support-ability based on age lookup up tables.

TEAMWORK

I have worked for some great leaders, while I have also had the pleasure to lead some great people.

When these people work in concert towards a common goal, a lot of good things take place.  It fosters better quality work faster, helps to build new ideas, and creates a healthier work environment.

You may have a great product, but you need good teams of people to uphold the value, and quality of your name and brands.

I have also worked in an environment where it was toxic for a period of time . The CEO was rated by People Magazine as one of the top 10 worst people to work for in the United States. This culture spread through the company’s core values and ethics which led others to a cut-throat way of life, which eventually led to bankruptcy. Despite this, my team and I were able to excel in our area.  Eventually a change in the top leadership rectified the company, creating a new culture of strong values, ethics, and the valuing of their people. This change was what led the company to flourish. In the end, it is not just a good product, but that which has people of integrity and common core principles teaming up to provide quality work to back it up.
